UPH for DVC members

Can DVC members still get a discount for a UHP? Can a DVC member with an AP buy a discounted UHP for a traveling companion? Is the discount only available if you're staying on your own points, or can you get it if you're renting points from another member?

There is a 10% DVC discount on the UPH. Anyone staying in the room can purchase a UPH- even if others have an AP.

If you are a DVC member staying on someone else's points you'll have no problem getting the rate. Most likely, as long as the room ID states "DVC Member" even a non-member will have no problem.
