Nope, you can even set the adult ones not to have charge privileges if you want.

They did ask me last year for charging privilages on my junior tickets. Which I did. I explain to my 2 teens that it was only to be used in $50 a day per teen and only if they didn't have cash in hand. They only used it once in a 6 day trip and it was for food. But I have pretty resonsible kids. They were 15 last year.
