Upgrading

I rang today about upgrading in the flash sale in the Netherlands , I missed the flash sale it was over at midnight
I spoke to a very helpful lady, she told me if you want to upgrade your booking in a flash sale you need to cancel your original booking and then rebook as a new booking, if I want to upgrade to a different Disney promotion package no cancellation fee applies just the difference in the upgrading.
I am going 11th nov so have until the 10th October to cancel and loose 10% of my payment , does anyone know the penalties percentage?

If anyone sees a flash sale can you post it please

Thats really interesting

When i phoned up to upgrade from SL to HNY she searched for a room and automatically gave me the discounted rate

I did phone the french number though as the uk number quoted me the non sale price

3rd time lucky though

I phoned France and the girl was really helpful , the flash sale was over so there was nothing she could do, but did you upgrade in a flash sale? Or just a better offer?

i think i upgraded in the 40% offer but im sure people have had luck in upgrading during a flash sale

Enjoy your trip and as a fellow Netherlander I will post the flash sales if I see them. I will say that when I called with an AP they asked where I was from and I said NL, they quoted me full price on the room.
