Has anyone had luck upgrading expired tickets purchased from Undercover Tourist over the phone? We planned our trip last year and unfortunately had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. We now have (5) 6-day, 1 park tickets that I purchased from UT that are expired. I have tried to apply these toward the purchase of new tickets over the phone for our trip in two weeks with no luck! I know I can go to Disney Springs and do this when we arrive, but I was hoping to be able to make some fastpass selections before then. Does anyone have advice?
