Can I pay the difference from a trash and towel service to a full cleaning for our 7 night stay at OKW?

you can pay more to get full cleanings if you want them.

but when you say "pay the difference", i'm not exactly clear what you are asking. i'm pretty sure it would still cost $30 for the full cleaning for a studio on day 4.

In the past, we have not been able to "upgrade" for the difference in posted prices. I was full price to get a cleaning.

When would I ask for this to be changed at check in?

Ask at check-in, but again, they may not upgrade for the difference in price, it may be full price.

That would be crazy to pay full price for the upgrade, if that is true then I'd have them come another day for a full cleaning and keep my trash and towel day as is.

But by the same token, we don't get a refund if we cancel Trash & Towel or scheduled housekeeping.

I'm not saying you would cancel. The point is, if we don't get a refund if we cancel the service completely, why should they "upgrade" for the price difference? Wouldn't that be like giving you credit for the T & T?

You might cancel on a 4-night stay. Suppose you check in Sunday and check out Thursday morning. Trash and towel would be on Wednesday. You might say it's a waste and not needed since you're checking out the very next day.

Of course, in this case, rather than cancel it, I'd move it to day 3....
...check in Sunday, T&T on Tuesday, check out Thursday.
