Upgrading to Waterparks and more at mini golf?

Can I upgrade out regular MYW tickets at Winter-Summerland Mini Golf?

We arrive in Orlando at about 2PM - so still lots of time, but not enough to do a park. I was hoping we could do a round of mini golf that evening, but we need to upgrade out tickets. We are not staying on-site, so where is the best place to upgrade them?

If not, you can walk next-door to Blizzrd Beach and do so at a ticket window.
