Upgrading to Park Hopper Mid-Stay?

Hi. Does anyone have experience starting out with a base 1 park per day ticket and then upgrading to the Hopper for the last day or 2 or your stay? I am wondering if they give any sort of discount or pro-rated price for this. Thanks a lot!

If you buy a 1 day ticket, you can’t upgrade it to a multi day ticket with any discount - you can buy a new multi day ticket with hopper, and they might apply what you paid to the gate price of a multi day hopper, but there’s no benefit to picking up a single day pass if you are staying longer.

The price to upgrade from a base ticket to a park hopper is the same no matter how many days you have it for. There is no discount for adding a park hopper to your last few days.

The answer is no, the park hopper is the same price no matter when you add it.

Your price to upgrade to a Park Hopper would be the same regardless of how many days you have used the base tickets.

Example: You have a 6 day one park per day ticket. On day 4, you decide to upgrade to Park Hopper. You pay the same price if you had upgraded on day 1. There is no pro-rating for days that have already passed.
