Upgrading to Deluxe DDP- do I have to pay a fee?

I have the regular dining plan with my vacation package. I am 49 days out. If I upgrade to Deluxe Dining Plan at the last minute, will there be a fee or should I add it now before my 45 days...I would go ahead and add it now, but I'm still weighing the pros and cons.

No fee, just the additional cost of the plan for each person...

Just have to have it done and paid for a few days in advance of arrival.

Not quite what you asked, but...if you're still debating, and it's 49 days out, you might want to consider making whatever ADRs you think you might want, now. Easier to cancel later than to scramble in the last week, KWIM? I'm ~94 days out, and I have a bunch more ADRs made than I know I'll need, because I'm indecisive.
