Upgrading to Club from AP rate?

We'll be at RPR - we are staying at the $139 AP rate. Is there a way that we could upgrade to club from this rate? Just wondering.

2 questions. Are you a Loew's Club member (or plan to join online before you go)? And what type of room do you have reserved now...standard? waterview? As a Loew's member you can upgrade to the next highest room (i.e. stand. to waterview, waterview to club) for $35. As far as changing your ressie.... I originally was going to book our club room at RPR w/AP ...$223 (for July 19-28, but made ressies back in Feb so rates have gone up) I ended up booking w/AAA at $255 only because I wanted to count for Loew's Club. Recently, I also added my mom on to another room for 2 nights at one rate and then found another, cheaper rate using fan club. I never had to cancel the orig. ressie. In fact, they put both rooms under the same confirm. number. As far as keeping the higher 1-night dep. for my mom's room, they just said they would use the extra difference towards the 2nd night of my mom's stay....something like $35 or $40.

Just called and we could get club for $229, but there are NO rooms available for our dates!!! Well, think of all the money we'll be saving!!

DylansDad, the Philly Hotel was wonderful! Fancy brass and glass everywhere! Plus they upgraded us to the 31st floor because of Loew's member. This gave us a straight-across view of the New Year's fireworks at Penn's Landing (6 or 7 blocks away) Downside was the parking garage there.....$29 per night, valet park only.
