Upgrading to APs and FP+

Hoping someone has had this experience. My husband and I will be upgrading our tickets to annual passes on the first day of our August trip. We are going with my son and his girlfriend. I made all of our fastpass reservations last night. Since the FPs are tied to our tickets, what happens when we upgrade? Will they "transfer"?

Yep. I did it two weeks ago with no problems whatsoever.

HOWEVER, as we all know Disney IT is...less than stellar, I suppose a glitch could happen. BUT, I would expect guest services to make it right.
