Upgrading to Annual Pass

We have purchased the 14 day Disneyland Resort Vacation Pass for our trip in November. My question is, has anyone upgraded these passes to an annual pass? I will email Disney and ask them but I just wondered if anyone had done this in the past.

I haven't done it, but I know lots of people do it. I think you just need to pay the difference between the 14 day ticket and the annual pass. You need to do this before you finish using the ticket.
