Upgrading tickets

We're still in the waiting game on whether we're going to Paris or Universal in May, but I've been messing around with some things.

A 4-Day 3 Park ticket is 324 and a seasonal annual pass is 384. I've checked and our dates are not black out dates. Given that it's only 60 dollars different, we might decide after we get there to upgrade and sneak a second trip back in early 2019. Can you upgrade your ticket after it's been used like at Disney? Also can you add days or upgrades to a ticket like at Disney? (Upgrade a 2 day to a 4 day for example or a two park to a three park)

Yes you can upgrade after you've used the ticket. My friend had to upgrade from a 3 day pass to a seasonal in December. In fact the lady at the counter recommended we go on in the parks on the 3 day pass and upgrade at the end of the day as to avoid being blocked out of US due to a concert that was going on there that night.
