Upgrading Tickets

I don't know if anyone on here can answer me but I would like to know if it is possible and if so how to upgrade my DL park tickets. We have 5 day park hopper tickets we got from redeeming Air Miles (we're from Canada) and would like to upgrade them to 7 day.Any help would be appreciated, thanks

We were able to upgrade at the Bank right inside the gates to the right .

You can upgrade at the ticket booths, they will get the value of the tickets you purchased and charge you the on site price difference. If your tickets show they were free then you are unable to "upgrade", you will have to purchase 2 day park hoppers instead.

I agree with pxie wings on the tickets. If they are comp tickets then they probably would not be upgraded. Call Disneyland to verify.
