Upgrading Single Park Tix

I have been given 2 comp tickets from a friend who is a tour guide. We want to pay to upgrade them to a hopper. Will Disney allow us to do this?

i've been told no, I have 4 that aren't working for me, got them at a charity outing thinking I could upgrade

No. Any ticket that says "Comp" or "complimentary" or "cp" on it has a dollar value of zero and cannot be upgraded or modified in any way.
