Upgrading RunDisney Park Tickets

Running the EE Challenge in May - just purchased my discounted tickets online and I could find anywhere on the website to tell me whether or not I could upgrade these to an AP

For what it's worth the 7 day base ticket was only about a savings of approx $30 so wondering if I can upgrade this to an AP once I arrive (and use the tickets to enter the parks once)...?

runDisney discounted tickets are not upgradeable.

Ugh, I wish I asked this question before I ordered our runDisney tickets. I planned on upgrading to APs from our runDisney tickets for the EE run. I even ordered less days than we actually need anticipating entering the gates then not needing them again...bummer. I guess I can order tickets for the additional days.

I even read the Cheshire Figment ticket sticky before I ordered and didn't see anything related to runDisney tickets so I assumed they were upgradable.

The actual savings was pretty substantial though, compared to regular Disney prices. I got hoppers with water park and saved about $300 for the 4 tickets.

Can you order two sets of tickets per person?

I.e. if the tickets are not upgradeable, and the max. days they offer is 3, can I buy two 3-day tickets through RunDisney? (for a total of 6 days).

It seems the rundisney tickets have different rules than regulars, so I am not expecting the sticky to have the answer for this one.

They go up to 10 days. We bought 10 day hoppers and it was like $300 per person. This was for the ToT race.

Do they expire? If not, you might want to save them for another trip and buy APs if you wanted them for this year. They may need to be used by a certain date though.

If you are registered for a race that offers the discount tickets you should get an email with a link to purchase tickets along with a special code. Even with the code you have to input your name so getting the link and code wouldn't be enough to purchase the tickets.

My understanding is the big marathon weekend in January does not offer the discounted runDisney tickets but I could be wrong. I've seen accounts of discount tickets sold for most other runs.
