Hi All

After the Essex meet we contacted Dreams Unlimited to see if we could change our booking slightly.

We wanted to change our Ultimate Hopper Passes to Premium Annual Passes because as well as going this October we are planning on going in August 2003. Dreams said that they contacted Disney and that they couldn't change the booking as it was part of a package.

Someone has mentioned that we might be able to upgrade the passes once we are out there (enquire at City Hall) has anybody done this?

Thanks

Mark

Mark,

Here is a link to UHP information on Deb Wills' site. It doesn't really answer your question - in fact it confused the hell out of me - but it might be helpful. The page also includes information on upgrading passes, but again I can't see anything that answers your specific question.

Thanks Deb, I had seen that and like you it confused me too!

If you do make a new room-only booking and buy an Annual Pass you might be able to pick up a discounted AP rate on your accommodation. This has saved us lots of $$$s in the past (actually, we've spent about the same amount of money but stayed in nicer hotels).

Would you have to pay any fee if you cancelled that booking and re-booked as room only like Rob suggests - I booked Room-only with Dreams - but if you have to pay a cancellation fee (normally no charge if your 5 days out from your commencement of stay if room only) then you need to calculate if it's still viable to change/upgrade.
