Upgrading one day pass?

i already have one day magic kingdom ticket. if I want to change to park to park before I get there next week, can I do it online or by phone? Don't want to have to waste time when park opens. Thanx

No you will have to do it at the park unless it's part of a resort package. And if you didn't purchase it directly from Disney, you should enter the park with the ticket BEFORE going to guest relations and making the upgrade purchase. You can upgrade when leaving that park or even on arrival at your 2nd park.
