Upgrading November PH Tix to Sorcerer Pass?

Hi all, I've never done this before so I'm wondering how I go about calling to apply the $2800 in credit I paid for November Park hoppers to buying the Sorcerer Pass? Do I call MS or ticketing?

The sorcerer pass is FL and DVC only, correct?

You should unless they are non-upgradeable passes or there are exclusions.
Some people have applied multiple tickets to one AP.
Some have not.

@Robo can probably provide further details.

Not that it necessarily means anything, but I got the opposite answer from MS yesterday. What I was told over the phone is that DVC MS can handle new DVC AP sales but you'll need to call general ticketing to do the upgrade of existing tickets to a DVC AP.

MS was optimistically *hopeful* that both the AP sales and the ticket upgrades to AP for DVC members *hopefully maybe* can be done online come September 8th, maybe possibly.

Oh, and regarding using your credit card, I would have a credit card ready for any overage. They were not able to use the existing credit card when I made ticket modifications over the phone last time.
