Upgrading NE tickets

It seems like there was some talk of changes to upgrading NE tickets once they were discontinued, but I can't remember if anything was ever confirmed.

I have 4 sets of 10-day NE WP&M, unused tickets bought from UCT last summer.

Any chance I would still be able to add park-hoppers to them?

I doubt it because that ticket is no longer offered or available to even sell.
