Upgrading my tickets

I made a reservation on Orbitz and had theme(WDW) park tickets added, once I'm at WDW(Guess relations/DTD) can I upgrade them there??.
Orbitz says they can't change my Orbitz reservation. TIA

More than likely yes, most things can be handled at guest services, but I am not quite sure what you mean by "upgrade". Are you trying to add more days, upgrade to PH or Water Parks? Change to AP?

HOWEVER...
Use the Orbitz tickets to go into a theme park at least one time BEFORE you do the upgrade.

So, it would make sense to upgrade at a Guest Relations at the park you first go to after arrival.

Yes... you can upgrade them no problem. Disney sees the tickets as day value and not dollar value - so even if you have a discounted ticket from elsewhere, they can still upgrade it and you don't lose your original discount.

I wanted to add the Hopper on my 2 Day Base Tickets. There just telling me to go to the Guess Service Window at the Theme Parks. So I am assuming I can use theses at MK.

Yes.
AFTER you have used the Orbitz tickets to go into MK (or any theme park,) you can upgrade...
At the Guest RELATIONS inside the park (in MK, that would be at "City Hall.")
Or, you can do the upgrade at a ticket booth or Guest Relations OUTSIDE the park as you are leaving.
Or, you can do the upgrade at a ticket booth or Guest Relations OUTSIDE the NEXT park before you enter.
Or, you can do the upgrade at a ticket booth or Guest Relations at TTC or DTD sometime before you enter the second theme park.
