My husband is active duty and received a free 3 day pass for US and IOA. We're going in April and I was wondering if it can be upgraded to an annual pass. We're moving to Florida this summer. TIA!

If it says "complimentary" on the ticket, it cannot be upgraded because it has no monetary value.
