Upgrading magic bands?

I am constantly checking to see if I can do the upgrade and no luck.
Our trip isn't until July 15 but it is telling me I only have 8 days left to complete my order.
Is there a number I can call? I don't understand why some people who have a trip in 2020 have been able to upgrade and even have received their new bands already but those of us with closer trips are out of luck???

You can try calling, but as of now they are out of stock and no estimation on when they will be restocked.

They didn't offer the upgraded bands on a rolling basis based on your check in date, so that's why folks with sooner trips didn't get priority. It was poor planning on Disney's part, but when it comes to MDE stuff that's pretty par for the course. You can always select a regular free magic band if the upgrades aren't made available by your cut off date.
