Upgrading from Hopper to AP at Epcot?

We arrive late on a Wed night in November and our first park is Epcot on Thurs w EMH. I want to upgrade to an AP so I can purchase the TIW card, but I want to do it asap so I can use it for lunch Thursday. Phew, that's a mouthful. We will be staying at the Swan so where is the closest booth for me to upgrade? Thanks!

There are ticket booths and Guest Relations just outside the Epcot International Gateway.
They will be staffed at least 30 minutes before AM EMH begins.

We upgraded our tickets to AP at Epcot last May.
We also bought TIW card at the same time.
We did ours at the main gate Guest Relation booth. Not sure if the International Gateway entrance does it also or not.
I did check at the ticket booth and they could upgrade the ticket to an AP but to purchase a TIW card I had to go to Guest Relation so I just did both at the same place vs. standing in 2 lines.
Worse case, if the International Gateway entrance can't do it, enter there, walk through Ecpot to the main gate and go to the Guest Relations counter.

Yep, did exactly this at IG guest relations last May. There was no line, it took about 10 minutes. Easy Peasy.

The International Gateway entrance does everything the front entrance does. Just without the crowds.
