Upgrading from a Regular Ticket to an AP

I bought some 3 day tickets a year or two ago that have to be picked up at the will call kiosks. These are just normal 3 day, no expiration date 3 day tickets from a reseller.

Can I upgrade these to an AP? What's the procedure to do so at Universal?

I just bought a one day ticket from a concierge at the Holiday Inn by Universal and I could kick myself for not asking then, but oh well (couldn't have done the AP then anyway - we have 3 trips to Orlando planned from September 2013 to October 2014).

Go to guest services and they will charge you the difference between what you paid for your tickets and the price of the annual pass.
