Upgrading during Free Dining

Trying to plan an August trip. Does anyone know how much it is to upgrade to the TS DDP if you're staying at a value resort during free dining? Also, does the entire party have to buy MYW tickets, or can we still buy one day? Thanks to all.

To upgrade to the regular Dining Plan, the increased cost will be $16.55 per adult per night of your stay, and $3 per child per night. Everyone has to buy tickets and you must purchase at least 2-day base tickets.

ETA: With the additional cost to upgrade to the regular dining plan, families with 2 or 3 Disney adults will still find that it is cheaper to stay at a value resort than it is to upgrade to a moderate.
