Upgrading DL AP to Premier -- WDW AP# for MDE?

We currently have Premium DL passes. I want to upgrade them to Premier since we are taking two trips to WDW before they expire. However, I want to make sure we have the ability to reserve our FP+ for the WDW trips, which requires MDE to have a valid WDW ticket/pass number. When I upgrade at the DL ticket booth, will I get a valid WDW number to add to my MDE account?

The back of the Premier Passport should look something like this:

The 12-digit ID Number (highlighted blue in the above example) is what you would use to link it to MDE.

OK, so we upgraded to premiers, I added the WDW number to MDE, it claims it worked. Shows up when I go to manage my Magic Bands and cards. HOWEVER, when I try to make a FP+ reservation (so I can practice for when the spots open up for our July trip), it claims I don't have valid park admission and won't let me select myself. My daughter doesn't even show up on the list despite her premier pass being successfully added. Yet our premier passes are valid now until November 15th. WTH?

The WDW website also will not let me access the passholder page.
