Upgrading discounted tickets

We purchased discounted 7 Day PHP tickets at our military base. If we want to add more days once we are there, how will we be charged? Is it the difference between face value and the new ticket? Or, the difference between what we PAID and the new tickets? We may want to add a day or two.

If they are regular Magic Your Way tickets (and you bought them within the past couple of months,) you can upgrade based on the full current Disney price for the same kind of tickets.

We just bought them last week. They were priced based on the most current ticket prices. They were ordered and Disney sent them to our base. We picked them up last week.

Subtract that 2018 price from the current full Disney price for the kind of ticket that you WANT on the (same) 2018 Price list.
Pay that difference price for the upgrade.

Thanks. Looks like around $20 plus tax per ticket to add 2 more days. Seems cheap enough.

We only went with 7 day tickets because we don't want to run ourselves ragged, but we might decide we want more time in the parks while we are there.
