Upgrading discounted park ticket to Annual Pass

Can I upgrade a ticket I purchase from Underground Tourist to an Annual Pass?
If I do this what is the best way to do so? Before you enter park that day or that day when you are inside that park?
And can I do this with a 10 park pass or with a 10 park hopper pass?
