Upgrading a child to an adult...issues?

I'm just curious if anyone had any issues when upgrading their child to n adult in order to get them the adult dining plan.

I just read where one poster upgraded her 4 yo to adult...

Will that cause issues in the Disney system if they do another trip next year (and have no use for upgrading the child) and they system recognized the child as an adult?

Will the servers have any issues with a 4 yo getting an adult meal? Will they think you are trying to use the dining plan on someone who isn't in your room?

Just wondering :)

I upgraded my DS9, but honestly I plan to upgrade him next year, too if we go back before he turns 10. He is very tall and eats adult size meals most of the time. I can't imagine a 4 year old doing that. :confused3

We did that with our 8 year old DD.

Upgraded to Adult (over 10) for $50.00 for 5 days!

WELL worth it in my opinion.....I was VERY dissappointed that the kids menus feature such unhealthy food. Now, we can let her choose "real" food other than processed/deep fried chicken nuggets.:thumbsup2
