upgrading a 1 day 1 park ticket

Sorry if this has been asked but I can't find the answer. We are arriving in the Disneyland area tonight and really want to hit the park. Due to timing of paychecks we would only have enough for a 1 day 1 park ticket until tomorrow. The question is if we bought the 1 day 1 park ticket tonight could we upgrade them tomorrow to 4 day hoppers and if we can will we still recieve a magic morning entry? Thank you for your help.

No, you must upgrade your ticket before the last day ends, so if you only have a one day ticket, you'd have to upgrade the day you use it. Maybe you can check out Downtown Disney tonight and buy the hoppers tomorrow?

Thanks. Downtown Disney was the backup plan. BTW, you have a lovely city here in San Diego.
