Upgrades

Hi,

I'm planning on taking a trip in the new year. I would like to take advantage of the latest offer, free half board etc.

Trouble is i won't have the full funds by the 6th of Next month when the offer runs out to stay in the hotel of my choice. What i am thinking, is booking the cheapest hotel with just one child instead of two, then upgrading in a couple of weeks time when i will have the full funds.

If i do this say from santa fe to sequoia and then add another child, will i still get the free half board etc.

Right, so i wouldn't keep the free half board then..

No I don't think so, whenever I've upgraded it's been because I know I'll be rebooking under the new offer, so that's definitely the case with hotel upgrades, but not sure about adding another person, that I think would possibly keep your offer.

So maybe ring them ask them for a price for the SL for 1 adult and 1 child and say there's a friend who may be coming with you but not sure yet, can you add them on at a later date under your existing offer ? Or even just book for 1 adult and if they say you can keep the offer you can add the kids on later.

If you book it over the phone you'll only need to pay deposit unless you're planning on travelling within next 60 days, would that help ?

As Jill sugested call then and place the booking and then just pay the deposit. You then just pay the rest off 60 days before your trip. That's what I do all the time.

Would love to guys, except i got on the 2nd of Jan which is approx 63 days from now...lol. I will have the full funds around the 20th of this month.

You can pay by cheque. Book the holiday pay the deposit and then send them the balance by cheque.

It's ok, i'll just have to keep an eye out and hope something comes along
