Upgrades for European Cruises?

Hi - I was wondering if DCL provided upgrades (for a fee, of course) for European cruises, similar to what they do for cruises out of Port Canaveral, etc.? We'll be going to Northern Europe this July and have booked oceanview rooms, but may be enticed to upgrade to verandah if the price is slightly less than opening day.

We'll be arriving to port early, so hoping this is an option. If not, we'll be perfectly content with the rooms we already have.

It has happened in the past. I'm sure they will offer it if any rooms are available: if a room is going to be empty, DCL would prefer to make some money rather than no money on that room.

I have only been on two European cruises, but upgrades were not available either time. I think Disney does all they can to fill these sailings. Doesn't hurt to check though!

Process is the same, availability will be unlikely. All Europe cruises I have been on sailed full and there were no upgrades.
