upgrades for around sept 9-14

i was just wondering if anyone had been offered an upgrade for the week of september 9th. i have read several posts where people were offered upgrades from pop century to other resorts during labor day week and was curious if they were offering that for other weeks as well. also, if they anyone has, was it for the same resorts as the labor day vacationers? thanks!
