Upgraded at the Poly! OMG!!!

We checked in Monday evening after playing at SW for the day. It was raining really hard when we got here and I had the guy from the scooter company waiting on me to get here, so we parked close and just ran inside to get the scooter and check in.

We checked in and found that we had been pixie dusted! OMG, we booked a garden view room and ended up in concierge! Gabby was bouncing up and down like she hit the jackpot! I was extremely pleased and frankly, floored. So, we took the scooter back to the room and decided to wait for the rain to let up before we went for the luggage. We retreived the luggage and settled in. Oh, am forgot to say that in our room was a birthday card for me from Minnie Mouse, a chocolate surfboard with a Poly logo, and two amazing fresh flower leis. The concierge lounge has been really nice too. I am in love with the Orange Juice, Guava, Passion Fruit juice punch.....especially the alcoholic version!

The room is 1530. There is a roll in shower, which I didn't think was even an option in the Hawaii building, but there is one in here. The room is beautiful. We have been so blessed to be here. I don't know if the CM that pixie dusted our ressie will ever know just how priceless this is to us. We needed to have something amazing happen for us and this is just perfect!

I may have created a Poly diva with this stay. Gabby is totally in love with being here.....truth be told, I totally love being here too. Maggie

We just returned and were also sprinkled with the upgrade fairy....we were rooms 3534 and next door [is it 33 or 32 not sure].

I enjoyed the spiked punch too.... But I really enjoyed that coffee machine!!

Make sure you enjoy the fireworks and/or water parade from the beautiful lounge. And have some hawaiin bread for me...mmm.

Can you describe the accessible bathroom a bit? Those are new. And is there a doorplate for exiting the room. Does the door open automatically when you use your key? TIA.
