Upgrade to Park Hopper for Just One Day??

We have already purchased our tickets. They are base tickets (no park hopper) for 4 days.

We would like to visit Two Parks in one day Just for One Day. Is it possible to change our tickets to do this? Or do we have to purchase Park Hopper for all four days?

The cost of hopping is the same ($43. for passes purchased from Disney in 2006), no matter how many days were on the pass or how many days remain.

It is $40 per ticket no matter how many days you hop.

Oops, seashore beat me to it. It is $43 with tax.
