Upgrade to CSR or stay at POP

We have POP booked for Christmas but now I'm wondering if I should have upgraded to CSR. We dont plan on spending a lot of time at the resort. Just a break here and there. Opinions would be appreciated. Also is there a fridge at CSR?

How many in your party? My DD & I stayed at POP and we loved it! It's small but the bus service rocked, the rooms were cool and the whole resort was a lot of fun, we've stayed at CSR too, but had two rooms (there were six of us 2 adults, 2 teens and 2 children) we loved it there too, but the bus service wasn't as great at first, but then they stepped it up a bit due to complaints. CSR is a great moderate, honestly, but Pop is a great value, so if you have more than 3 people and are only planning on getting 1 room then go with Pop, if you have 4 then go with CSR.

We loved CSR! It is a beautiful resort with a great pool area although that might not be a factor for you if it is too cool to swim. There are fridges in all of the rooms. We would choose to stay at a moderate but we do spend several days hanging at the resort...that being said, my next trip is at POP (first time) because it is a short trip and won't be doing anything except sleeping there. I would look at the cost difference and if you really don't plan on spending any time at the resort then why pay extra for it?

If you aren't going to spend a lot of time at the resort I would pick POP. IMO, it's nicer looking than CSR.

Thanks everyone for your opinions.. There are 4 of us. Husband, myself, 15 yr old daughter and our son who will be 8 while we're there.

We've stayed at CSR and at POP. If I had my choice, I'd choose CSR.
It's a beautiful resort with big rooms and lots to offer for everyone. We didn't ever have to wait for a bus and the food court is yummy.

POP feels very hectic and crowded in comparison to CSR.

Mario: Once again you have given us incredible pictures of CSR. Makes me feel better, since I gave up my December AKV reservation so I could have my own bed (not a sofabed), daily housekeeping and fresh towels every day.
