Upgrade to Annual Pass?

i have a package with 4 day base ticket purchased before the recent price increase. I am thinking of upgrading to an annual pass to get the memory maker for free (I will take at least one more trip during the annual,pass).

My travel agent told me to upgrade at any ticket window, but I have read that memory maker takes 2-3days to become active. I may be explaining that wrong.

1. Any idea on the cost to upgrade from a 4day base to annual pass?
2. How soon would memory maker be available?

Memory maker is available immediately. Like pictures showed up in my MDE as soon as I upgraded.

I don't know about the cost. When I did it, I looked at the current price for the ticket I had and subtracted it from the AP price, and that's how I figured it and that's what I paid. But I don't know if that's current info. I did ours last summer.

We upgraded last November because we had another trip already planned and I am trying to squeeze in another before November. Between photo pass being included and the food/merchandise discount, we saved quite a bit.

I think it's only when you PURCHASE Memory Maker that you have to get it 3 days prior to your arrival date in order to have all the pictures from your trip included. Memory Maker comes with an AP so I don't believe it has the same requirements but I would call to confirm.

Memory Maker is instant when upgrading to an AP. No waiting period for it to activate.

I agree - when we upgraded the year they added memory maker we had photos in it immediately. We went to mK first day and upgraded in that park later in the day. Our photos were there that we had taken earlier in the day before the upgrade.
