I may use some of my money next month to buy a new (refurbished) MacBook and sell this one. The “R” key is failing AGAIN and many of the apps I like to use aren’t supported anymore. I’d go through Amazon. Don’t need the latest, all dancing one. Just a more reliable one. Just thinking about it.

I have been considering an upgrade also. My MacBook is from 2009. It doesn’t recognize any of my newer Apple products when I try to attach them. It’s still a good computer though and everything works fine other than not getting support and not being able to backup my iPad and phone to it any longer. I have had two Windows laptops during the same amount of time and the second one is getting long in the tooth as well.
