Upgrade QS to TS questions

We have free QS dining. If I want to upgrade, when do I "have" to do it, before 45 days? If I update later, will I be charged a fee to change the package? Can I upgrade when I check into the resort?

You have to do it at least 72 hours before your arrival date. You cannot do it at check-in.

If you make any changes to your package within two weeks of arrival you may be charged a change fee of about $15.

Otherwise, they usually waive the change fee if you're upgrading. If you do the upgrade within 45 days of arrival you will need to pay for it in full at the time you add it.
