We are heading to WDW in Nov. 2011 and staying at the BW, we just decided to take a week trip for our anniversary in May 2011. I recieved a 40% pin and used it for my room in Nov. with the magic your way package. If I decide to get an annual pass will that void my 40% discount in Nov.?

No, it will not. When you check in for the November trip just save the KTTW cards and use the tickets on them for a subsequent trip, or to renew your APs, or something like that. The tickets that you will get do not expire until 14 days from when they first go through a turnstile.
