Based on the following plan, should we upgrade to deluxe dining? Currently have regular dining plan. We usually share an appetizer at table service restaurants.
Is it more worth it to pay the extra TS restaurants OOP?

Arrival day
Raglan road lunch
Ohana dinner

Epcot
Snack around the world lunch
Beaches and cream supper/late dinner

MK 1
Crystal palace breakfast
Hoop Dee doo dinner

MK 2 mvmcp night
Chief mickey breakfast
Quick service lunch and dinner

MK 3
Quick service lunch
Be our guest dinner

Hs
Sci fi diner lunch
Fantasmic brown derby dinner

AK
Quick service lunch
California grill dinner

Epcot 1
Quick service lunch
Rose and crown dinner

Rest day
Whispering canyon brunch
Narcossee dinner

Departure day
CRT last breakfast seating?

Unless I'm counting wrong, you have 9 nights and 19 TS credits spoken for. That's 10 credits too many for the regular TS and 8 short for DxDP. I would say if you can change just a few of those QS to TS, you'd probably be better with an upgrade than paying OOP plus DDP. You're going to have to do the math to be sure. What is the make up of your party as far as number of adults and Disney kids?

I agree with sharonabe.

The regular dining plan allows 1 quick service, 1 table service credit + 1 snack, per person /per night of your package

The deluxe ddp allows 3 credits + 2 snacks per person / per night of your pkg.

In my opinion:
If you are going to buy the deluxe dining plan it's not really worth it to eat at quick service restaurants.

I buy the deluxe dining plan almost every trip.
I eat a Table service breakfast, and a signature table service dinner then use my snacks mid day.

I see that you have several signature meals planned:
(these all cost 2 dining credits per meal: Brown Derby, Cali grill, Narcoosee's, CRT and a dinner show at Hoop Dee Doo)

Due to the fact that you have alot of Signature meals planned, I would definately upgrade to the deluxe dining plan and change all of your Quick service meals to table service restaurants.

This would be the most economical. You wouldn't want to pay out of pocket for signature restaurants. THey are quite expensive.

No kids, just two adults. I'm pretty confused too, I'm trying to do the math. We dun really want to waste park time eating, that's why there are some quick service. Definitely have to review my plan again.

I think with 19 TS credits you are right on the edge of breaking even. On the DxDDP a TS credit is worth about $34 each. I agree that you probably need 2 or 3 more TS because Beaches and Cream and possibly Sci Fi are relatively inexpensive.

You can look at menus to see what you would probably order:

Oh, I forgotten to mention I did get Free dining. So I'm just trying figure out if the upgrade price from regular to deluxe would be less or more than what I would pay OOP without upgrading. :)

Well, that does make a difference. :)

At just $450 for the upgrade for the nine days, I think you're definitely better going with the upgrade. That still gives you flexibility to do more TS if you find you want to. With just two of you, you could probably do some walk-ups for breakfast and lunches without too much of a wait. And it probably wouldn't take much longer than a QS and give you a quick breather to hit the parks again.
