Upgrade MYW pass question

My mom bought an 8 day pass w/ park hopping w/ expiration. While we were at the parks I noticed announcements (either on the monorail or on the TV can't remember exactly) that you can add features to your unused days. I was wondering does that include the no expiration option? Since she didn't use two of the days (we just got back Sunday) I was wondering if she can purchase the no expiration option on those two days now? If so who do we contact about that?

Yes, you can add the no -expiration feature if you do it before the end of the 14th day after the first use of the ticket. You can do it at any Guest Relations location at the theme parks or at DTD as well as at any Guest Services/Lobby Concierge location at a Disney resort.

The cost to add no expirtion will be the same as if you had purchased the "no-expiration" option to begin with - no prorating because you have only 2 unused days left. It may not be worth it - depending on how long you will be going next time.

*8 day adult MYW with hopping and expiration is 252.41 (incl tax, no plus options & gate price)
* 8 day adult MYW with hopping and no-expiration is 358.91 (incl tax, no plus options, gate price)

So the cost to add the no -expiration would be $106.50.

The options can only be added while at WDW. You must physically take your ticket to a Lobby Concierge/Guest Services, Guest Relations or park ticket booth to do it. Once you are home, it cannot be done.

But as Carol pointed out, you really would not be saving all that much since it would have cost you over a hundred dollars to add the no expiration.
