Upgrade from seasonal to annual pass?

I live in South FL just about 2 hours away from disney so I do go pretty often which is why I bought a seasonal pass because the blockout dates are when all the kids are out of school anyways so it'd be busy to go. But I really would love to go on me and my boyfriends anniversary which is next month (block out date) does anybody know if I could upgrade to an annual pass so I don't have block out dates? I am also doing the monthly payment (as of Jan 6th I did a $120 down payment and the remaining amount is for 12 months)

Yes it can be upgraded and still done on monthly pay.

I upgraded my Seasonal to the Regular FL Resident AP two weeks ago. I paid $149.00 lump sum. Yes, you can still do the monthly plan.

Called disney and they informed me it'd be more or less $240 to be paid upfront and then continue with the same amount for my monthly payments.
