Upgrade Basic to Park to Park on site?

I got Basic tickets in advance thru Undercover Tourist, now some in my party want park to park. Can this be upgraded at customer service at Universal?

Should be no problem to upgrade the tickets to Park to Park. It will probably be $40 plus tax per ticket. Depending on how many days you purchased you may want to inquire about the price to upgrade to a power pass.
