Upgrade at Poly?

Anyone know the chances of getting an upgrade from concierge w/ garden view to concierge with a lagoon view?

LV concierge is popular. If you want it book it. When you check in there is a good chance you won't be able to get it EVEN IF PAY FOR IT.

We got upgraded the first time we went. I think it was due to time of year. We went in November. I notice that you are going in April. If I were you and really wanted it (we were spoiled the first time and can't stay anywhere else), then I would spend the extra money and book it.

What do they do if you've booked LVC, but they don't have room? Is the price difference refunded? I'd be a little irritated if it happened to me?

I think the that they meant you could ask to pay the difference at check in and upgrade to Lagoon view but more than likely it would not be available.

If they were overbooked or a room went down for some unforseen problem you would be given credit for the difference.

Thank you all for your advice! I would love the Lagoon View, but not sure I would pay the extra for it on top of the concierge fees also. It's easy to go overboard when planning. (I have about 13 PS's also!)
