Upgrade at Check In BCV

Just curious if anyone has been upgraded from a studio to 1 BR at check in? I know it is long shot since they can rent the room for so much money, but was just wondering.

It is very rare for anyone staying on points to be upgraded. It is usually the result of their original room going out of service for a maintenance problem.

If you are paying cash, it's possible. If you are staying on points, not very likely.

We were upgraded for our one cash night in a studio at OKW to a one bedroom. We were staying in a one bedroom on points for the next 7 days.
