Upgrade 3 day ticket with Max Pass to 4 day ticket 1 day without Max Pass?

We have 3 day one park tickets with Max Pass that we purchased through Undercover Tourist.

Can go to the ticket booth and make this a 4 day ticket with only 3 days having Max Pass?

My understanding is that the ticket either has max pass or it doesn't, so you'd be changing it to a 4 day without Max pass, or a 4 day with max pass, and pay the difference. I don't think you can get a ticket that only has max pass for a certain number of days. If that's the case, you get a ticket without MP and then add the MP daily on the days you want to use it.
