updating hilton honors??

I tried but didnt get any points. Where are you suppose to do this? I went to my account screen & made a change. Is this the wrong screen?

Let me try tp help:

1. Click on: https://www.hiltonhhonors.com/signon.asp?goto=/profile/PrefAir.asp?
2. Input your Hilton Account # and Password
3. You can update any field you want. Keep choosing "Next" key. You will finally get to a page that says basically: "Thank you, xxx for updating your Hilton Honors ...

This screen should also say you will be awarded 1000 points for the update.

Just do steps 1 - 3 one more time, giving you a total of 2000 points.

This can be done once a quarter (at least until Hilton stops the promotion)

You got me wondering, I was trying to make the instructions as simple as possible for beccab. However, I usually go thru this link http://www.hotdealz.com/FreeAirlineMiles.shtml
to do the updating.

On this link, towards the bottom of the page, there is a link for Hilton that says "Update now".

I wonder if by bypassing this link you can only get 1000 points? Try the link above and see what happens. If you already updated your profile yesterday, you may not be able to do this again even with the link I have supplied.

Nancy- I used the link you cited yesterday and updated my profile two times for 2,000 points. After I did the first update, I checked my account to see that the 1,000 points were there, then reloaded the link, and did the second update for the other 1,000 points. Couldn't be easier.

Thank you so much for spelling this out for me! I went to do this yesterday when I saw the post reminding us to update, but didn't get to the screen that said I got 1000 pts! Today I got both = 2000 pts! I needed these to do a stay at a "point stretcher" hotel. Thanks again!
