Updates to the Fantasyland Expansion

I wish they had kept Pixie Hollow but had revamped it to Neverland.
I think that would have been fun.

1. Have Mickey and Minnie's houses gone yet or are they still there?
2. Is Donald's Boat still there?
3. They should just leave Barnstormer as it is.

The problem is that Peter Pan's Flight is on the opposite side of Fantasyland to where Pixie Hollow is. Unless they relocated the ride to the other side of the park like Dumbo, it probably wouldn't of worked.

1 & 2. All of Toontown is closing in February to make way for Storybook Circus.

3. Well, it's still a plane-themed rollercoaster with the plotline being related to Goofy. Just instead of taking a flight with Goofy, it's (I assume) a stunt plane flight with Goofy.

I'm upset that Sleeping Beauty isn't going to be recognized in this area of the park. Cinderella already has a restaurant, a castle and the symbol of MK, so I think that's enough, but Sleeping Beauty has basically nothing. Though there are many shows that feature characters from the movie, I think Sleeping Beauty needs to be shown more.

I think its fair. In disneyland, its all sleeping beauty, and no cinderella.

I want more coaster specifics,,is it a fast ride, or a kiddie ride?

I think the coaster is more intense than the Barnstormer, but less so than Big Thunder Mountain. I've heard it's going to be more of a dark ride with coaster elements added to it.

ITA. I was really excited for Pixie Hollow. Neverland would have been amazing.

This looks like its going to be a good edition to Fantasyland. The new rollercoaster is most intriguing to me. I'm upset that Sleeping Beauty isn't going to be recognized in this area of the park. Though there are many shows that feature characters from the movie, I think Sleeping Beauty needs to be shown more. Dumbo is definitely taking up way too much space. I think, once this happens, the essence of the Dumbo ride we all know and love will be lost, in my opinion. And are they seriously going to close SWSA? That makes me really upset. It was the first ride at WDW I ever went on. Though it may not be as high-tech as most attractions in Disney, it is a classic.

Cinderella is the main Princess at WDW. DL's got Sleeping Beauty.

And I'm so happy that Cindy's got WDW, since she's my favorite princess

im excited to see some of the new editions. i think the dumbo extension is a little much. im REALLY gonna miss toontown. i loved going to Mickey and Minnie's houses. and im gonna miss SWSA! when i rode it in september. i had no idea it was gonna be my last time . i like the idea of the princess meet n greet area but i wish they would have done it somewhere else. and i was really excited for Pixie Hollow. the Neverland would have been cool to though. and i remember they had an origional sleeping beauty idea for MK but i guess they threw it out because of her being more of a DL symbol. and i really hope they dnt close toontown Feb. 23rd. thats my birthday. talk about worst birthday ever!

I absolutley love the FLE version 2! The beast's castle idea is fantastic. Be Our Guest seems like it will be fighting with Cinderella's Royal Table for top restaurant in the park! Gaston's Tavern is a nice addition as well as the new gift shop p). Even Storytime with Belle is getting expanded into the BatB edition.

Little Mermaid is going to be awesome. Like Haunted Mansion in design, but the detail of a dark ride! Ariel's Grotto apparently is coming with it too.

The Snow White Mine ( according to what Ive read off of WDW Magic) is going to have some thrill witht dark ride material! It's basically combinimg two of my favorite things: dark rides and coasters.

Dumbo Land looks like fun, but it has a bit too much space. Take out the tents to the back, and there is room for something else!

All in all, my speech is over and we get an awesome Fantasyland with the cost only being to scrap Snow White's Adventures for a Princess Meet and Greet that was taken out of the original plans. I will sorely miss Toontown though.

Gaston's Tavern isn't a gift shop, it's a counter service based on the tavern in the movie, like so:

The gift shop in the picture with the kid carrying the huge Beast toy is supposedly going to be called "Bonjour! Village Gifts".
