Hello everyone!

It is time to kick off the EPCOT swap! I am doing this one a little bit differently since EPCOT is SO big! There will be 2 groups, one for Future World and one for World Showcase. I will consider adding more groups if there is enough interest. Please post which “land” you will do as well as which element you will make. Guidelines for the elements are listed below:

Squares (Deco or Serendipity) - 4 per person, matted once, at least 1.5" X 1.5", and Embellished.
Tags - 3 per person, embellished, must include either fibers or eyelets in the holes
Shaker Box - Must be at least 3x3
Paper piecing - these should be true pp, not embellished punch art.
Journal Box - at least 2x2 area to write on, matted and embellished, 2 pp
Photo Mats/Frames - should fit 4x6 photos, matted & embellished, 2 pp
Toppers – Embellished, no larger than 8.5 inches, so it can be used in both albums. Can use computer generated letters or cut out letters, no handwriting please J
Border – Must be vertical, embellished, and 11 inches in length to fit both size albums.
Matted Quote/poem – 2 per person, must be matted & embellished and at least 3x3

I promised the ladies that participated in the MK swap that they would get first crack at signing up for this swap, so just reply to this post so I can see who would like which slot. Please post your email address so that I can contact you with the final details!

This swap has a due date of October 14th, so please check your schedules to make sure you will be able to complete this swap on time.

Please try to vary the elements so we don't wind up with 10 toppers for future world. lol.

I would like to do a general title for Epcot (not sure how this swap is working, seems different from MK one, just let me know). As for World Showcase, put me down for tags for American Adventures. If this is not the correct sign ups, just let me know. You know I want in, just tell me where !!

Oh, I'm so excited! I guess I don't quite understand the sign ups! I thought we signed up for either Future world or World Showcase? If that is true, I would like to make either tages or journal boxes for each country of the world showcase. If that is not right, let me know. I'll PM you too! Let me know how you want this to work, so I can sign up correctly.

Just want to make sure I'm understanding this swap correctly- if we make something dealing with future world, then we will not get anything from the world showcase group. It is like 2 different swaps are going on at the same time. Correct? I'm trying to decide what group I want to be in. I would like stuff from both groups.

Sorry to be clear as mud


There are 2 groups (for now, if we get enough people I might do an extra group for WS and FW).

If you would like to receive stuff from both World Showcase AND Future World sign up to make elements for 1 land and 1 country.

Just pick which land or country you would like and let me know which element you want to make. This way each person will get an element for every land (or country if your in the WS group)

I have a suggestion for whoever is willing! At th end of this swap, when you bag the stuff up to send, can you put a little slip with your stuff with your screen name on it. I only know everyone by their screen names, and I would like to see who made the stuff by the screen names I recognize! I plan to do so. I hope everyone else will too!

Since there are only 16 people signed up (actually less since some people are signed up for both groups) , how about combining the 2 groups so we can have items from both FW and WS? We were able to do 15 for the MK swap, and it would just be 5 or 6 more than we are currently supposed to make. How about it eeyorefanatic and gang?

It looks like both groups are filling up now, so I guess we just stick to making 10 or 11. The combo group was just an idea if other people weren't going to sign up for the swap and fill up the 2 groups. Thanks for replying.
